Every organization has policies and procedures that are critical to its core purpose – billing, time reporting, expense reporting, budgeting, sales leads, compliance and more. Many of those policies and procedures are documented but not followed. For instance, a process may require an employee to submit a report. The report may be submitted 4 out of 5 times but the manager does not have the time to follow up to ensure complete compliance. Other processes have a manager or administrative assistant running in circles looking for a simple answer.
