Richard M. Dluhy serves as an Advisor to ObjectBuilders. Rich is a seasoned executive responsible for leading sales and for the development and implementation of strategic and tactical sales initiatives.
Rich has successfully developed executive level relationships and is viewed as a trusted advisor on the topics of governance and regulatory compliance. These include companies such as CitiGroup, JP Morgan, Bank of America, Vanguard, Cigna, MetLife, BCBS, Comcast, Verizon, PECO Energy, National Grid, Deloitte, PWC and IBM.

Prior to joining ObjectBuilders Rich held a number of sales leadership roles with Keane (NTT Data Company), Isogon, Platinum Technologies and Computer Associates (CA). At Isogon, a software asset management company, Rich was responsible for Global Sales for both direct and channel operations. He established a global partner program working with IBM for both a sell-to and sell-through model resulting in IBM Tivoli acquiring Isogon.
Rich earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in entrepreneurship from Montclair State University. Rich also participates in several non-profits and currently serves as a board member of the Chester County SPCA promoting the welfare and humane treatment of animals.
